As of January 2026, PAR has officially merged with NCAPER, the National Coalition for Arts Preparedness and Emergency Response. All PAR case studies, sample emergency plans, toolkits, and related resources are now part of NCAPER’s growing national platform, ensuring that these materials continue to support the field through a unified and strengthened network.

We’re excited that these two organizations have come together. By combining their expertise and networks, NCAPER now serves not only the performing arts sector, but the entire arts and cultural community, offering expanded guidance, training, and emergency preparedness resources.
